Expert Witness Experience

Richard A. Flasck has testified in high tech patent litigation cases before both the US District Court and the US International Trade Commission on multiple occasions. He has experience on both the plaintiff/complainant side as well as the defendant / respondent side, and has handled both validity and infringement issues

The technologies at issue included LCD panel and module structure, display interface and drive electronics, back-lighting units, LED lighting, and CCFL subsystems. Additionally, he has provided litigation support in numerous cases that settled before trial.
